Community Care Services
Our Community Care Services assist people to live independently at home and maintain community connections.
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters receives funding from the Department of Health and Ageing to provide support for frail older citizens, adults living with disabilities and carers.
Community Care Services include personal care, cleaning, home maintenance and modifications, transport and social programs. The services are provided through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme.
