The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is known for its unique and diverse culture and for valuing creativity and artistic expression within the community.
Our Community and Public Art Programs aim to create a ‘sense of place’ through the installation of temporary and permanent art in public places and encouraging cultural activity.
The Council works with the community to develop and promote a strong local identity through a range of initiatives, such as community and public art projects, visual arts, music, theatre, dance, digital arts, history and culture.
