Contractor: Niara Built Pty Ltd

St Peters Town Hall complex is experiencing rising damp issues. The Council has engaged a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out repair works.

The project will take approximately three months to complete. However, the work will not take place every day, as the repair process includes necessary drying times between stages.

Most of the work will occur on the outside of the building. As a result, there will be minimal disruption to St Peters Library services and other users of the complex. All entrances will remain open throughout the repair period.

For safety, temporary fencing and bollards will be installed around work areas.

These repairs will help prevent future rising damp and support the long-term structural integrity and preservation of the complex.

We appreciate your understanding while we complete these important repairs.
