Join us for an hour of gentle movements, deep breaths, and mindful meditation amidst the natural beauty of Linde Reserve (Tuesdays) and Burchell Reserve (Saturdays).

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Tai Chi offers a holistic approach to wellness for both body and mind.

Book online or in person at Norwood Town Hall, Payneham or St Peters Libraries. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cost: $5 per class. No refunds are available.

Bookings are essential.

Open to all ages and fitness levels.
